ONLINE BOOKING SERVICE AGREEMENT

 

By completing a booking with Elan Luxe Cleanings, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

 

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

 

Elan Luxe Cleanings provides residential and/or commercial cleaning services including standard, deep, and move in/out cleanings based on the service selected at the time of booking.

 

 

2. PRICING

 

– Pricing is based on square footage, service type, and property condition.

– Prices shown at booking are estimates and may be adjusted if the condition of the home differs significantly from what was indicated.

– Any adjustments will be communicated before or during service when possible.

 

 

3. PAYMENT TERMS

 

– Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

– All payments are processed securely through our booking system. Unless requested invoice issued.

– No service will be performed without payment confirmation.

 

 

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

 

– Same Day Cancellation: 50% of total service cost

– Less than 24 Hours Notice: 25% of total service cost

– No Call / No Show: 100% of service cost

 

 

5. RESCHEDULING POLICY

 

– Rescheduling with 24+ hours notice is free

– Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a $25 fee

 

 

6. ACCESS TO PROPERTY

 

Client is responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time.

If access is not provided, the appointment will be treated as a cancellation and fees may apply.

 

 

7. CONDITION OF PROPERTY

 

– Clients must provide accurate details regarding the size and condition of the home.

– Excessive dirt, clutter, or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

 

 

8. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

 

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of service.

We will return to address any missed areas at no additional charge.

 

 

9. LIABILITY

 

Elan Luxe Cleanings is committed to providing high quality service with care.

 

We are not responsible for:

 

– Pre existing damage

– Normal wear and tear

– Items that are not securely placed or properly installed

 

Any damages or concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service.

 

 

10. SAFETY CONDITIONS

 

Our team reserves the right to refuse or stop service if the environment is unsafe.

This includes but is not limited to:

 

– Biohazards

– Infestations

– Aggressive or unsecured animals

 

 

11. PET POLICY

 

– Pets must be secured or safely managed during service.

– We are not responsible for pets escaping during entry/exit.

 

 

12. PHOTOS & QUALITY CONTROL

 

We may take before, during and after photos/video for quality assurance and training purposes.

No personal or identifying information will be shared publicly.

 

 

13. AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

 

By booking services through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this agreement.
